Once Again Human Rights Violation: American paid?

This word Human Rights Violation seems to be used too much as everyone is harping this melody, once again. Recently the American Congress decided to pass such a resolution, but this time it was a province of Pakistan known as Baluchistan. Has any American ever been to this area? Perhaps, a maximum up till   Quetta.  Have they met any local populace apart from sardars or maliks who rule their people/tribes ruthlessly? How many tribesmen have they killed so far on one pretext or another or if he refuses to obey the ruler the Nawab, to give his daughter or sisters hand in marriage to be sardars or maliks concubine? How for a piece of bread they torment their people. This does not end here, in some tribes meat is forbidden to be eaten by the women! They are only allowed to eat meat on two occasions of Eids. This means that the women folk can eat meat for four days in a year. Let’s talk about medical care only allowed in some tribes. Education is restricted only to men and that too, up till a certain level and to certain affluent section of the tribe. How come these sardars are living in Switzerland, England and Dubai are they so rich or what they do for living? Some one pays for their services and up keep to serve their masters as and when required.

Yet we hear a lot of hue and cry of human rights violations, these sardars or maliks are on the payroll of Indians and the American CIA it sounds quite familiar to our ears: We heard similar voices in a different tone when East Pakistan was given a new name Bangladesh at that time. The Bengali’s were told that entire Pakistan in particular Islamabad had been constructed by selling JUTE. I was around 16 at that time and was amazed that jute was so expensive that just by selling we could construct our capitol. A propaganda which paid dividends to India who wanted to secure its Fakara Dam built on the river Ganges. If I remember correctly, Bangladesh was ravaged time and again by cyclones and floods and we in West Pakistan had too make available relief goods and were taxed unduly to help our brethren in dire need of assistance.  Well at that time press was used to propagate this sinister plot. Now we have CNN BBC and hundreds of other TV channels available to promote this new ploy as Baluchistan is abundantly rich in natural resources, like Gas, Coal, minerals of substantial value. Hence, the missing person has been made an issue to malign Pakistan and in particular it’s Army. It is pointless to say who is paying these TV channels to promote this deception. In the last four years so many pointless issues were brought to limelight that one forgets the count.

First it was the Lal Masjid in Islamabad issue, great deals of hue and cries were raised every second of the day and when the present rulers took over the reigns the issue was buried along with others. Eminent scholars and anchors of repute were singing this melody. Now a sweet lollypop smeared with Dollars have erased their minds. Then came sugar crisis, followed by flour crisis then vegetable oil so on and so forth an unending list. A country which has a capacity to produce 20,000 Mw of electricity only 7000 plus MW is been produced and cities lie in darkness for 8 to 18 hours a day. This has resulted in closure of medium and small factories on a large scale, rendering million of people like me out of job. Those industries who can afford alternate power are running but at lower capacity, its impact is felt on the commodity prices.   A country which has abundant gas resources its people are in a swinging by their necks as they have no gas even to cook their meals. All these are real factors where is the American congress or UN or other countries who are deeply concerned about human rights are the above not covered by human rights law? If these are not the human rights then what are human rights. Dare to ask any Arab country as why they violate the human right by curbing the labor laws. The Americans will only venture where his stooges are entrenched and have cultivated the roots of dissent amongst a handful of paid mercenaries. Dear human rights champions firstly bring to order your own house, than hurl stones at others. Kashmir is a stout case of human violations but no dares to ask India the mighty democratic country to stop using violence. Nay; the Indians are the holy cow. In which perspective should we see the human rights a tool for the dominant power to tyrannize small nations or to subjugate them to lick their boots. It is not the fault of remainder Pakistan of keeping Baluchistan underdeveloped or out of the main stream. The sole responsibility lies with the tribal sardars who in order to repress their people have kept them away from the main flow.   These sardars are able to have a large army of many cut throats, swindlers mercenaries under their strap and use them to destabilize not only the country but other tribes as well. It is very simple the strong and the mighty dictate others to follow him.

Those balauchs who have the nerve to flee never to return understand the real world and those who are shackled remain tethered to the peg.

We know why this talk about Human Rights issue cropped up in the American Congress. Since Pakistan closed the supply route of NATO supplies from its territory the importance of Baluchistan has trebled as the Americans know if they control Baluchistan they are in a advantaged position not only for its supply route to Afghanistan but can contain China, Russia and attack Iran with all the ease. After these two countries, vetoed the American plan to annex Syria.

I invite the members of the congress to send a fact finding mission I will be a part of it to unearth the truth. Some Americans are fond of bare back horse riding but not in this case.

A Lawyer’s Rant

Are all liars’ lawyers or all lawyers liars? One of them must be a true interpretation of a lawyer. As they are liar’s hence, they are lawyers because if they stand for truth then why they misconstrue it. Those who stand by their principals are but a handful and must be poor. But those who mislead are successful indeed and rich. I have seen many on the TV shows ranting unfair and when they are hired by the same unfair they plead another tale. The poor viewer has to follow a tale of two liars who is one and the same. They start to defend both of their point of views without any qualm. Whoever invented this profession would have been a genius of a great stature. Very few lawyers abide by there of conduct normally the others use a lot of con techniques to prove their mettle. Go anywhere in the world and you will find them some encased in steel and glass shells others on the roadside under a shade of a tree or some shade. Some minting tons of money, but the majority just making there daily bread. What a deep fissure between the two. Well the more your shop is decorated the more customers would walk in assuming both quality and attention and last but not least the success. Well I know a tale where a man murdered someone and was about to be tried, his family desperately looked for a lawyer they went to one and he said 100 dollars. The family said how he can save our man for 100 dollars so they looked for a new one. This guy asked them 10,000 Dollars and was hired. After a couple the man was sentenced to death and he was walking out of the courtroom the first lawyer happened to see him and said I asked for 100 dollars for the same decision but they got it for 10,000 dollars. So you see the difference? No insult to anyone in this noble profession for I cant afford a lawyer,

Power Shortage in Pakistan & its After Affects

It is a deliberate attempt my the present leadership of the country to keep its people in darkness so that the government can loot them more on pretext or another, can you imagine a country whose capability is to produce 21000 MW per day is producing only 6000  or 7000 MW per day.Power shortage bring in its tow many serious factors: 1.Industry Closure. 2.Unemployment. 3.Reduce business turnover all sectors. 4.Job cuts. 5.Instability at all levels 6.Lower Tax Revenues. These are just a few. Yet our leadership lives a life of kings and Royalty even 100 paces ahead of them. Things are now getting out of hand and a huge turmoil is hanging just by a thread and it can destabilize the entire region once it gets out of hand.

Defination of Democracy

Dear Friends,

Gentlemen please do not misconstrue my following version as un-democratic.

Democratic leaders today are in concert on the idiot box (TV). These guys are only hashing the facts; the unfortunate public is in their audible range and believing them. Whereas,

Nowadays, everyone is harping on one chord Dictator’s Rule has destroyed Pakistan? Whenever I am in a group of people I ask them one straight question. If dictators’ had destroyed the country then the democratic looters could not have been able to build up their coffers with Dollars and Gold every time they come in power, the dictators at least provide livelihood to the masses and our so called democratic forces provide only for themselves and throw bits and left over pieces to their kin. I also challenge them what has any democratic leader given to Pakistan worthwhile? The first dictator  gave us Mangla,Tarbela even Warsak Dams KANUP was also a brain child of a dictator the GREEN REVOLUTION the INDUSTRIALIZATION in the country  was not a given to us by Britishers. But by a dictator, whose name we tarnished as a dog. The cat never got out of Bhutto’s bag? Can anyone enlighten me about ZAB’s cat?

Perhaps, the only two things we got from our democratic ruler’s was a vision to produce a nuclear bomb and today this bomb is slowly exploding in our homes. Had Mr.Sharrif had a microscopic common sense in him, he would have shown the world that Pakistan has developed a nuclear weapon but will detonate it. Almost all the nations would have helped Pakistan to get out from its debt rut.

Yes, two eras were the most destructive ones,

i.            General Yahya Khan’s.  Well the poor soul could do nothing more. Well separation of East Pakistan is attributed to him: But who beseeched Ayub Khan to release Mujeeb to attend the R.T.C who said YOU THEIR I HERE. Who said we do not need the seventh fleet?

ii.            The second era of Zia was critical one had he had played his cards well, today Pakistan would have been a real Islamic democratic state. But he was too ambitious of spreading Islam and started put his fingers in wrong places and today we are reaping its fruits. But his followers champion him as a Mard e Momin. Can anyone tell me what were his achievements for Pakistan?

The Americans, Indians and Israeli’s are hell bent to dislodge us from the world map and what are we doing as a nation? Few are plundering the wealth and other rest of them, are snapping at the juicy meat bones. The people like me have no atta no sugar, no gas, no oil, no power, no jobs, No LIVELIHOOD. MEGA HIGH COSTS yet the mandate is their.

What a splendid democratic application.

Let me be honest our last dictator was doing a good job at least we were living if not a very good life but were at ease. I voted for him for the first time as his vision captivated many like myself.

But I am at loss to understand why he gave up his Army job, then his presidency. Had I been in his place I would not have doffed off my uniform but perhaps, sometimes the counselors who employ assistants who cannot look or think beyond their closed comfy petite package tend to misguide the navigators who in turn relate the fanciful yarn to the captain and he sinks.  This has happened with me I know the cycle of deceit.

Today Pakistan stands as a most corrupt nation in the comity of nations. What a sense of pride we have?

To CONDEMN is easy to solve is THORNY.

I.            A strong, sincere and obviously honest Leadership. Who are capable to deliver of what they speak:

II.            A crisis Manager. Who must have nerves of steel?

III.            A new Constitution. The present one has become a Tarot card to lure idiots like me who have no cue of what 73 constitution provides for them. Bring in what they want. AN ISLAMIC CONSTITUTION in all true sense. A decade or so back leaders were yelling that this constitution is designed by infidels what happened today, has our beloved constitution embraced Islam.

IV.            A clear Economy policy. Ten Year Plan, with a niche of improvement with time (Evaluation of Plan every Quarter). (Develop Industry at the grass root level).

V.            A strong foreign relation policy. With a vision to recognize Israel. I am not a Jew but our salvation lies in this. I assure you if we develop a right approach many of our issues with our neighbors will be resolved.

VI.            Free education for all till Intermediate level. With one curriculum across the board.

Many more issues can be brought in these statements which are people real problems and the party can get wings to soar. Elections will not be held in 2012 but in 2010 late: This is the street talk. People are tired, they are hungry and are quickly spinning into jobless void and ultimately this will lead them to be homeless. Now is the time to get the street power working for the party. At present they see no true SAVIOR on the horizon. Let a new star be born let there be light let there be hope for the down trodden.

I know not why I am so hyper and writing down all this crap possibly I cannot swallow the present state of affairs any further I have no future nor see any for my children. I understand that the entire world is in grip of recession but around the corner stands recession’s elder sister inflation the world leaders are working to avoid or to reduce its impact and what are our leaders doing? Scratching their….

Gentlemen lets join hands and face the facts.

Thank you for your time to read this ode if you do not like any passage I am sorry I cannot change the history yes can correct it for future referral.

Polictics of Pakistan

The rulers loot, the public suffers the looters hide behind their leaders graves and some boast about C.O.D.The supreme court just listens orders but to no avail. Those lawyers who yesterday spoke about the free judiciary today are siding with the looters, murderers and cheaters.

This is the democracy or the DEMONCRACY which rules over 180 million people.

A Tear

oh! did you hear a man was hanged?

in a far of land, for a crime which almost all

the privileged commit today under one garb or another.

two decades ago, someone else was hanged

some got blown out of the clear blue sky, why?

some distribute sweets and some flowers yet a few shed

tears, some pray but no-one ever thinks that the hang-man

noose is hanging not far away.

once again the history repeated itself in the same land

where centuries ago another head was chopped off to please

a coward who feared for his own forlorn crown.

epoch gone by, narration is all the end for we are in a modern world

where such happenings do take place day after day to satiate our appetite

for a bedtime story to put as away to sleep or to talk about in our own way.

oh abject humans where your ethics have gone. why have you become animals who snarl and gnash your teeth to get a better piece of your own flesh

time is too short for us to live so breathe in tranquility and not spill the blood of others. the blood you spill will mark your graves for the angels to decide your finale

oh! your hearts beat and not bleat for it has any remorse for what have you done

thank you for creating a martyr who will be remembered for centuries to come.

upon you will be god wrath. fuel for hell fire. your each day will be a nightmarish, tormenting, agonizing,  excruciating pain will be your destiny all your affluence and fortunes will  find no remedy for your twinge……this will the satisfaction for the rest…..
